We process data to answer requests, arrange demos, provide and secure the service, meet legal duties, and improve BENCH where a valid legal basis allows it
Depending on the activity, the legal basis may be consent, steps before or during a contract, a legal obligation, or our legitimate interest in operating a secure business service
Waitlist and cohort emails are sent with your consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time by unsubscribing or contacting us

Demo bookings are handled through Calendly and waitlist details are sent to Klaviyo to manage launch access and related emails

We keep personal data only as long as needed for its purpose and any applicable legal retention period
