1 SCOPE
These terms are intended for business customers using services provided by BENCH
2 THE SERVICE
BENCH analyses approved AI workflows, creates and maintains quality checks, tests prompt and model variations, and prepares recommended changes for customer review
BENCH does not deploy a recommendation automatically unless a separate written agreement explicitly enables that action
3 CUSTOMER CONTROL
The customer chooses what access to grant, checks recommendations, and remains responsible for approving, testing, and shipping changes in its own environment
4 FEES AND PAYMENT
Pricing, billing dates, taxes, payment terms, and consequences of late payment are defined in the applicable order form
5 CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA
Each party must protect confidential information, personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy and any applicable data processing agreement
6 AVAILABILITY AND LIABILITY
Service levels, warranties, liability limits, required exceptions, and support commitments are defined in the applicable order form and mandatory law
7 TERM AND GOVERNING LAW
Contract duration and termination rights are defined in the applicable order form, German law applies subject to mandatory law
